Q: Where can I find the app?  

A: You can download the app here.

You can use the app across all our ferry routes, and you can find your commuter deals and travel cards by logging in under "Travel often" at the bottom of the menu.

Help along the way  

On most pages you will find a help box on the right side that explains your options and helps you further. You will find, among other things:

1. Which products best suit your needs
2. How to change, renew or delete your commuter card/tour card
3. Where to find your bookings

Q: What is the difference between a commuter agreement and a travel card?  

A: Commuter deals are aimed at frequent travelers. Choose between a 50-trip car commuter card or a 46-trip pedestrian commuter card. The card is personal and may not be shared

A: The travel card is for those who travel regularly, but not every day. A travel card gives you 10 prepaid trips at a fixed low price. You can also choose a flexible travel card. The more points you load on the card, the cheaper each trip is.

Q: How do I choose the right product?  

1. Select product type: Commuter agreement, Travel card or Bizz agreement — depending on how often and how you travel
2. Select mode of transport: Car, walking or motorcycle.
3. Select variant: Number of trips (e.g. 10, 46, 50 or any number) and possibly the length of the car.

Q: I already have an existing agreement. Where can I find it?  

A: All your existing products will remain active and visible in your overview. The new design only changes the layout and navigation.

Q: How do I manage my commuter agreements, travel cards and Bizz agreements?  

A: Once you have created a product, you can:

1. Get an overview of your active products in one place
2. View travel history, validity and active bookings
3. Add/remove one or more cars to your preferred product
4. Renew or cancel your agreement whenever you want
