You can purchase your ticket on our website, in our app or in the terminals near the ferries. Check-in for passengers on foot close 3 minutes before departure.
Dogs and cats on board
You are welcome to bring your dog or cat on board the ferry to Sweden, and there is no requirement for a specific ticket, when you travel with pets. The pet is allowed to stay on the passenger deck with its owner, as long as it is kept on leash and does not disturb other passengers. Pets are not allowed in the onboard shop, restaurant and café. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for further information.
If you wish to bring your dog or cat to Sweden, you should be aware of special requirements from the Swedish customs authorities. Your dog/cat must:
- Be at least 15 weeks old
- Be microchipped
- Be vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days before departure
- Have a pet passport
- Be reported to customs upon entry

Definition of passenger car/vehicle
- A passenger car/mobile home with a maximum permissible total weight of 3,500 kg is defined as a passenger vehicle.
- A mobile home originally built for residential purpose, regardless of weight/length is also defined as a passenger vehicle.
- The price of a passenger vehicle is determined based on the vehicle's length (under or over 6 meters)
- Other vehicles with a total weight over 3,500 kg are always considered trucks/busses. Note that it is the weight of the towing vehicle that determines whether it is classified as a truck or bus.
- For vehicles over 6 meters, you must use the manual check-in.
