Group tickets for foot passengers

If you are travelling as a group on foot with OERESUNDSLINJEN, you can now easily book group tickets online and pay by invoice. This gives you an easy way to view your trips, book group tickets without contacting customer service, and keep track of your travel history.

FAQ

: Complete the contact form above. You can expect a response within a few days, after which your account will be set up in our systems.

: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation. The confirmation includes boarding passes for the number of passengers booked.

You have two check-in options:

Check-in at the gates

Distribute the boarding passes from the booking confirmation to each traveller. Each passenger scans their own boarding pass at the gate. For same-day return tickets, use the return boarding pass for the return journey.

Check-in at a self-service kiosk

Alternatively, you can scan the booking confirmation at one of our self-service kiosks to print physical boarding passes (if you have not printed them in advance). The printed boarding passes must then be scanned at the gate.

For both options, check-in must be completed no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure.

: Yes. You can manage your booking here by logging in with your reservation number and the phone number provided when making the booking.

You can change the number of passengers, your travel date and departure time. Please note that tickets that have already been used cannot be changed

: No. Unfortunately, table reservations cannot be made through the customer portal.

: The first time you use the customer portal, you need to create a password. Go to the customer portal and click "Forgot password". Enter your customer number and click "Submit". You will then receive an email containing a link where you can create a new password. Once your password has been created, you can log in using your customer number and your new password.

In the customer portal, you can book trips, modify your bookings, and view all trips associated with your customer number.

Good to know: The password is linked to the customer number, not to an individual mailadress.
